5 Simple Ways to Enhance Your BioCharger Experience
Everyone has their own preferences and opinions when it comes to – well – almost EVERYTHING and BioCharger sessions are no different.ย While there is no set โrightโ or โwrongโ way to enjoy your session, there are some tips to get the most out of the experience.
Weโve outlined the Top Five Ways to Enhance Your BioCharger Experience here:
- Unplug from everything except the BioCharger.
Listen, we like photos of the BioCharger in use more than ANYONE. Theyโre our favorite, our lifeblood, they keep us going.ย But – not only is it likely to cause your electronics to act a bit crazy when to close to the unit; it adds a level of distraction and disconnection to the session.ย To get the most out of your experience, leave the phone out of the room. Fully immerse yourself for fifteen minutes into the BioCharger session, and just be present.ย Your social media accounts can wait, and your cells will thank you.
- Set the Mood
When the environment allows, kill the lights.ย The gas tubes and arc rod components of the BioCharger are quite an impressive display, but can oftentimes lose their magic when competing with harsh fluorescent overhead lights.ย Cut the overheads for the session, and bathe in the relaxing light display of the BioCharger.
- Sharing is Caring
I like the alone time of a solo BioCharger session as much as the next guy – but there is something to be said for sharing this experience with the ones I love.ย On numerous occasions – Iโve sat in on a session with my significant other, and weโve had some of the most interesting and meaningful conversations while in that room.ย The BioCharger isnโt just stimulating our bodies, but also our minds, conversations, and relationships.
- Breathe Thoughtfully
Weโve shared our interest in the Wim Hof method of breathing, but there are some other breathing techniques that you can use to quiet your mind and body and return to the center while biocharging. Take a long, slow breath through your nose, filling your lungs. Hold your breath to the count of “three.” Exhale slowly through pursed lips, while you relax the muscles in your face, jaw, shoulders, and stomach. You can also use this time for a guided meditation – that works too!
- Recovery
This tip is more of a follow-up to your BioCharger session. Keep the revitalization going long after your session by staying hydrated, taking a walk to get those endorphins going, and hitting the hay early for a night of restful sleep.
Thatโs it, that’s our five tips for enhancing your session.ย What do YOU do to get the most out of your BioCharger experience?
