What if your water is listening?

⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣Hear us out…up to 60% of an adult human body is water. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

The heart and brain are roughly 70% water.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

We are told to drink 8 glasses of water per day.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Water is essential for our organs to function properly.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

In many cultures, water is an integral part of ceremonial practices.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

It is clear water is a key life source, but what if your water is listening? Sounds crazy, right? Well, water might not “hear” the way we do, but there have been multiple studies done that prove water has the ability to absorb our thoughts whether conscious or not. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

The most famous study on water was done by Masaru Emoto. He provided evidence through several experiments that the molecular structure of water could change based on the thoughts that were projected onto the water. The experiment was repeated multiple times using audible speech, music, thoughts, and so on.

⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣Positive thoughts, speech, prayers, and music produced symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing molecules while negative thoughts, speech, and so on created disorganized molecules.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

The takeaway is this: ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣If the majority of our bodies are made of water, what are our thoughts, words, and actions doing to us?⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

For one week, practice thinking or saying nice things to your water prior to drinking. While bathing, thank the water for its ability to cleanse. When you cook, thank the water for providing nourishment. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
