Have you heard of Blue Monday?

The holidays can be a fun, exciting, and energizing time filled with family, friends, and treats! The month of December typically includes lots of shopping, indulging, and promising ourselves that we will “get back to normal” after the new year. The tough part, however, is when the new year actually arrives and it’s time to get back to our typical routines. This is where Blue Monday comes in.

Acknowledged on the third Monday of every new year (in 2022 it falls on January 17th), Blue Monday is usually when reality has officially set in and the sparkle of the holidays is gone. It’s also a time when the weather isn’t the most encouraging, the days are short, and we can’t say “it’s ok, it’s the holidays!” anymore. Simply put, Blue Monday is not the happiest of days.

So – let’s do something as a community to combat the sadness of Blue Monday in 2022, shall we?

Here’s a message from the inventor of the BioCharger, Jim Girard, about setting group intentions:

“Throughout my research, I have found that mindfulness practices such as prayer, meditation, yoga, and even placebo have been extremely beneficial for health and wellness. Many rehabilitation centers have seen the proven benefits from intentions. A study at a coronary care facility found that those that participated in group prayer fared better than those who did not receive prayer. Our goal is to unite our community by running the same BioCharger NG recipe at the same time. Gather friends and family members to experience the energy of the BioCharger where we focused on the intention of healing. Healing our energy, for the planet and all of the inhabitants. Visualize the blue lightning flame that charges our bodies and the planet and bathe it in the visible light. Visualize the violet flame transmuting all negative thoughts and patterns and transforming them into positive.

After the last two years, one thing is apparent, our world and our lives need healing. For a brief time, let’s unite to visualize a better world. Let’s transmit the energy of hundreds of BioChargers throughout the United States and 38 other countries. Many different points of light around the globe, with one common intention. I will venture to say it may be a profound experience.”
