Official sound-dampening baffle. The unique multi-layered design allows for the use of Arc Rod with a quieter BioCharger experience.

Designed, tested, and approved by the BioCharger team, this is the only Sound Baffle that is recognized to work with the BioCharger to aid in the ventilation of ozone, preventing build-up. Please note the use of unapproved products with the BioCharger can void the warranty and create a safety hazard.

Baffle Cleaning Instructions

We recommend that you clean your approved baffle once weekly.

  • Remove the baffle from the top of the BioCharger NG.
  • Take a piece of paper towel and gently wipe inside the baffle. You may need to disassemble your baffle for a thorough cleaning.
  • You may use a water-based cleaner like Windex if needed (no solvents like alcohol or ammonia).
  • When enclosed within the baffle, the Arc Rod should also be cleaned periodically; we recommend “Bar Keeper’s Friend” and/or a fine-grit sandpaper to remove any residue or corrosion.
