Who is eligible?
At initial offering, all current BioCharger owners, regardless of warranty experation are eligible to enroll in a protection plan until June 30th, 2024. As of July 1st, 2024 all current owners with a BioCharger in the initial warranty period are eligible. If you are unsure of your circumstance reach out to support@biocharger.com
Can I buy more than 1 year?
All BioChargers that are within their new warranty period will be eligible to purchase more than 1 year of warranty at a discounted rate.
What are the requirements to enroll?
It is important to note that the BioCharger must be registered with the BioCharger team, connected to the internet, and undergo a thorough inspection with our professional support team to ensure eligibility for the program.

What If We have More Than 1 BioCharger?
Each protection plan purchased will be assigned to a specific BioCharger Serial number, ensuring that it is unique to the needs and specifications of that particular BioCharger.
Is the plan transferable?
Yes, absolutely! Any protection plan purchase made through us can be transferred as part of our BioCharger Transfer Process. This means that the coverage can be transferred to someone else for the remaining time that the plan is valid.
