“⁣⁣Founders Asma and Ryan Shollert come from the health and fitness industry – Ryan is a professional figure skater & trainer and Asma is a Kinesiologist and strength & conditioning specialist. They ran a strength & conditioning company for elite athletes for 18 years and felt that their athletes and clients required more than just training in the gym and eating healthy to achieve optimal health and performance. So, the seed of their passion project began just before COVID and they were able to use the shutting down of gyms to concentrate on bringing this to life. Their vision was to have a one-stop place where people from all walks of life can come and get holistic support for the health of Mind, Body, and Soul.
