Welcome to the May edition of UnWired! As the summer season grows closer and graces us with its warmth, we are thrilled to embrace the spirit of growth and vitality that accompanies it. The warm sun reminds us of the endless possibilities that lie ahead.

Here at BioCharger, our marketing team is dedicated to spreading the word about the incredible BioCharger technology and forging connections with an ever-growing community. It has been a joy to see our community flourish and embrace the mission behind the BioCharger.

In the coming months, we’ll be traversing the globe doing just that – growing our community! Check out our event lineup below. We hope to bump into a few of you and invite you to share your own inspiring BioCharger story with thousands of individuals.

We are excited to introduce you to Tulum Biohacking Temple! Founded in early 2023 by partners Luis Villalobos and Jessie Pineault, it has grown organically from a beautiful and peaceful space rooted in the heart of their home to an enchanting biohacking experience. Luis, a photography director, and Jessie, a health & goddess coach, initially opened up their home to friends and family to explore energy healing, but with the introduction of the BioCharger, their mission expanded to incorporate various modalities such as sound therapy, nail boards, breathwork, ice bath, and even charging water!

Luis first experienced the BioCharger while visiting family in Miami and knew right away that he needed to bring it back to Tulum. Having explored other energy modalities including PEMF and light, he was particularly drawn to the BioCharger’s unique combination of four energies. The BioCharger quickly found its way into his home and has become an integral part of Tulum Biohacking Temple.

The mission of Tulum Biohacking Temple is to transform the nervous systems and emotions of its clients, enabling them to overcome fears and unlock their true potential. By blending spirituality and technology, Luis and Jessie guide their clients through meditation and prayer, allowing them to identify and release any obstacles impeding their progress.

Each experience at Tulum Biohacking Temple begins with a BioCharger session and a brief explanation of the BioCharger and why energy is vital. Clients are then encouraged to explore other offerings provided by the temple before concluding their session with meditation in front of the BioCharger. Luis has shared that clients are often more open and receptive after their initial BioCharger session and can feel the energy resonating within their bodies.

Did you know that you have the flexibility to operate the BioCharger from a separate room? This feature is particularly beneficial for businesses, allowing operators to initiate a session remotely from a different area of the business, all while their clients enjoy their private BioCharger sessions.

Pretty cool, right?

From time to time, you may experience an error message that alerts you that “this page is not working” or “this site can’t be reached” when trying to access the blue link next to the “connected” notification (see below) in myCloud.  Don’t worry, the BioCharger touchscreen can still be used instead of the web interface. However, the following troubleshooting steps should resolve the issue in no time!

1. Make sure the device you are using is on the same network as the BioCharger.

2. Restart your router.

3. Restart your computer and then try to access the blue link again.

4. Always check to make sure you’re on the same IP address. On the BioCharger go to Setup > Device Connectivity and verify your IP address that comes up is the same as the one in your address bar. When you click the blue link, that IP address should match the same one on your BioCharger.

5. Make sure you don’t have the ethernet cord and Wi-Fi adaptor both plugged in at the same time. If so, remove one and try accessing the blue link again.

6. Always make sure to use the Safari browser or Google Chrome when accessing the page.

7. Clear your cookies and cache within your browser and then try again to access.

8. Try using a different device.
