Optimyze is a Human Optimization center providing access to cold and warm water hydrotherapy, compression therapy, infrared sauna, Photobiomodulation (PBM light therapies), restorative sleep technology, breathwork/meditation classes, and now with their newest location in Tempe, AZ, the BioCharger NG.

Optimyze, founded by two certified Wim Hof Method instructors, ex-professional Mixed Martial Artist, Jesse Moreng, and U.S Navy Helicopter Search and Rescue veteran, Michael Roviello, provides access, education, and community, with the mission to empower others to take responsibility for their own physical, mental, and emotional health through natural methods.

Optimyze is proud to have direct effects by educating people on the science, theory, and application of natural therapies, in combination with methods that are effective for mental and emotional resilience, chronic stress, longevity, inflammation, sleep, circulation, overall health, and well-being.

Michael and Jesse stated that their favorite aspect of owning a wellness business is “seeing the day-to-day direct transformations of the people we service in our community. We are solving a problem within our community, providing safe, effective, non-invasive natural therapies/methods, as an alternative to drugs and invasive procedures.
