We are very excited to introduce you to husband and wife duo, Stephanie Lucero-White and Tim White of Vibe Wellness in Denver, Colorado!⁣⁣

The intent behind Vibe Wellness began when “Tim and Stephanie started having conversations about the need for perpetual self-care and wellness. After COVID-19 occurred, they realized the national issue of health and wellness in our country needed to be pushed to the forefront. With over 75% of our population considered compromised physically and mentally, it became clear that wellness needed to be delivered in a different way. There is no magic pill for wellness. It’s a constant journey, and Vibe Wellness has a team of practitioners that are dedicated to helping empower people with the tools to get and stay healthy. Our mission is to create a like-minded community that will radiate a vibe that will inspire others to do the same.”⁣⁣

Vibe Wellness offers a large variety of wellness services including yoga, workshops, therapies (such as massage therapy and naturopathic therapy), the BioCharger, IV therapy, and more! Their wellness center is located within a large, trendy gathering space in the Denver Metro area with many opportunities to engage the community with their special offerings.⁣⁣

They recently partnered with the Denver Mile High Lab Mission and hosted a successful outdoor “yoga with puppies” class, led by Stephanie! The proceeds were donated to the Lab Mission, so it was truly a community-focused event. The team at Vibe Wellness is dedicated to finding creative and fun ways to offer wellness support to their clients, and we feel grateful for the opportunity to work with them!⁣⁣
