Arc Rod

• The Arc Rod is one of the two options for the terminal above the lid.
• The alternative ‘quiet option’ is the Nylon Screw.
• The Arc Rod produces a purple spark at the tip (a visual effect only), and amplifies the sound of the frequencies. The sound is produced as a result of the corona acting as a transducer moving the air, just as an audio speaker moves air. Sound can add another beneficial dimension to the BioCharger experience when using the Arc Rod.
• In a business or clinic setting, the Arc Rod is often used with the Baffle, which will reduce the volume by ~50%.
• The field strength is virtually identical with either the Arc Rod or the Nylon Screw, and there is no effective difference from a vital energy perspective.

IMPORTANT MAINTENANCE INFORMATION:
The Arc Rod can develop a layer of corrosion over time, especially when used in conjunction with the Baffle. The corrosion will appear similar to an old copper penny that is turning blue or black. Corrosion should be periodically cleaned off with a fine-grit sandpaper and/or a cleaning product such as ‘Bar Keeper’s Friend’. An Arc Rod with excessive corrosion may become stuck inside the coupling nut and eventually lead to other mechanical/operational problems.
