To our BioCharger Community! On the morning of April 3rd, we will be updating our myCloud server.

Why are we updating our server?
We are updating our server to provide you with new and improved recipes, support, and exciting features that will be available in the future.

What does that mean for you? 
The server update is expected to take only 30 minutes, but some users may experience DNS delays of up to 24 hours, which could prevent them from connecting to myCloud. During this period, you will not be able to add or remove recipes from your BioCharger.

How can you prepare for the update?
If you are satisfied with all the recipes currently on your BioCharger, you do not need to take any action. However, if you want to add new recipes, we suggest that you load them onto your BioCharger prior to the update period. Rest assured that all your data, including usage information, will be saved to your local BioCharger memory and will be updated to myCloud once you are reconnected. This means that you will not lose any valuable data or usage information.

We are thrilled about this update and believe it will greatly benefit you and the BioCharger community. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
